Vendor Information

Dates to be aware of

  • September 15 – Speaker Applications Due
  • October 9 Extended to October 15th- Pre-Registration Forms and Payments Due – In addition to saving money, those who pre-register will have registration packets ready for them to pick up the day of the event. Our vendors always provide extra information and materials for attendees. Please pre-register so you are sure to get a copy of everything! Name tags will be printed and there is time for us to order lunches for you with the caterer who will be providing food. Pre-registration helps us plan and prepare the day for you!
  • October 15 – Vendor Forms and Payment Due
  • October 16 – Vendor Items for Distribution Table and Vendor Items for Registration Packets Due
  • October 17 – Vendor Participant Waiver and Hold Harmless Form Due – (original form must be mailed) – Vendors, if possible, please send in all forms together so they arrive October 15th.
  • October 24 – Event – Registration Open at 7:30 am

  • Please include your name and email in your message or fax!

Notes:

  • Payment must be received by the October 15th deadline for the pre-registration discounts to apply!
  • Purchase Orders accepted – fax before October 15th midnight.
  • EETT Funds may be used for registration.
  • Speaker Application Closes September 15th.
  • Updates and details will be posted.

After October 15th – the Prices Go Up!

  • Registration (same for all) $60
  • CUE or SDSEA Memberships (Join or Renew) $20
