Center for Innovative Teaching – Summer Session Info

ANNOUNCING THE 4TH ANNUAL SUMMER SESSION OF THE
CENTER FOR INNOVATIVE TEACHING

CIT offers workshops for educators in key academic, co-curricular and leadership areas, plus an Integrated Technology Symposium for school leaders and educational technologists.

CUE members are are eligible for a 5% discount in addition to early registration pricing!

CIT workshops are hands-on and designed to share classroom-tested activities and approaches that will enhance the academic and leadership program at any middle and high school. The Tech Symposium is ideal for anyone who seeks broad, cross-discipline exposure to best practices in technology integration. Educators from other 1:1 schools or institutions considering a laptop environment will benefit greatly and all the information will be immediately applicable to grades 6-12 technology programs.

This summer, CIT will be held on both coasts. CIT West will be held at the program’s home base, The Urban School of San Francisco, an independent, college preparatory high school with 350 students and an acclaimed academic and co-curricular program. CIT East will be hosted by Flint Hill School in Oakton (Fairfax County), VA, 30 minutes from Washington, DC.

Please join us at CIT 2010! Early registration and same-school discounts available. CUE members receive a 5% discount using the code CUE2010 during registration. Continuing education credits are also available through the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education.
